Number of players 3 to 6 The point is to win all the cards and you can only do this if you can make animal noises more quickly than someone else!
Dealing
Before you deal, everyone chooses an animal (cow, dog, pig, cuckoo, etc.) and makes the sound that animal would make. When everyone knows everyone else's animal call, shuffle and cut the cards. Deal one card at at time to each player until all the cards are gone. If some players get extra card that's okay.
How to Play
Stack your cards in a face-down pile in fron of you. Don't peek at any of your cards.
The player on the left of the dealer starts. He turns over his top cards and puts it in front of his face-down pile. Then the player on his left does the same, and so on around the circle. When someone turns up a card that matches the number or picture on the top card of another player's face-up pile, both try to be the first to make the other's animal call. Whoever gives the correct call first wins the other player's face-up card pile. The loser puts out the next card.
Here's an example of how the game works. Becky (cow) turns up a 5. Michael (cat) on her left turns up a King. Jono (horse) on his left turns up a 10. Jason (dog) on his left turns up a Queen. Then it's Becky's turn again. She turns up a King. She quickly shouts "Meow!" before Michael makes a sound. She wins the cards in his face-up pile and puts them at the bottom of her face-down pile. Michael puts out another face-up card and everyone continues.
When you have used up all your face-down cards, you turn over your face-up pile and continue.
The player who eventually gets all the cards wins the game.
P.S. If you take the wrong call, you have to give your face-up card pile to the other player.
