Raspberries

Raspberries are sometimes described as king of berries, as both raspberry and its leaves have formed an important part of home cures for centuries because they are well known for their healing properties. Recent research suggests that this delicious fruit also has a role incancer prevention. an infusion of raspberry leaves is a cleansing diuretic and helps to treat rheumatic problems. The juice may be taken for sore throat and coughs.

Cancer Raspberries contain phytonutrient called ellagic acid, which appears to be particularly efficient at fighting pollutants derived from cigarette smoke, processed foods, and barbecued meats. Viral Infections Raspberries contain tannic acid, which is believed to be reponsible for the antiviral activity that scientists have noted in various extracts from the raspberry fruit.
